Over 1,000,000 Signatures to RECALL Walker!

More than one million Wisconsinites have signed a petition to recall Scott Walker, representing the most-participated-in major recall effort in American history, and a number so significant that it is beyond any legal challenge. More then 845,000 signatures were collected for Rebecca Kleefisch. Signatures were submitted to the Government Accountability Board this afternoon.

Explainer: Will New Appointees and Rules at the NLRB Revive Union Organizing?

Recently, Obama made three appointments to the National Labor Relations Board, adding two Democrats and one Republican, and the NLRB promulgated a new rule to speed union representative elections in workplaces where employees are trying to organize. Both are signs of strength for the embattled board—and both drew widespread criticism from Republicans. The Fraud of the Tea Party

I see by the calendar that Congress is due back in session Tuesday, whatever that means. They’ve actually been in session — sorta, kinda, why not? — a parliamentary trick to prevent President Obama from naming people to keep the government running. But even that is in dispute.

Why is Mitt Romney’s tax rate so low?

For months now, Mitt Romney has been refusing to release his tax returns. But he’s not said why. “Is there some secret?” MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell asked him in December. “People know you’re wealthy.” But Romney was unmoved. “There’s nothing to hide,” he said, but no, he wasn’t planning on releasing the returns.
